From I-66 towards DC:

Exit at Glebe Rd / Ballston. Exit ramp turns into N. Fairfax Dr. Travel about 1 mile, to left on Wilson Blvd. Turn right at 2nd stop light on Highland St. (at the Clarendon Metro station). Clarendon Grill is 50 feet down on the left.

From 395:

Exit at Washington Blvd heading west. Travel approximately 2 miles to right on Highland St. We are 50 ft. up on the right.

Metro:

Take Orange line to Clarendon. At the top of the escalator, look to your right down Highland Street - its right there.

Clarendon Grill is easily accessible via Metro's Orange Line (Clarendon)
